PROPERTY & PLACEMENT RESPONSIBILITYDumpsters and delivery equipment are heavy. Customer is responsible for selecting a safe, accessible placement location and delivery path with adequate surface strength and clearance, and for identifying or disclosing septic tanks and drain fields, wells, irrigation/sprinklers, invisible fencing, private or underground utilities, soft ground, landscaping and other concealed conditions. Legacy Roll-Off Rentals may refuse or adjust a requested placement if conditions appear unsafe or likely to cause damage.

I approve the requested placement location and access route and accept the risk of cracking, sinking, rutting, marking, staining or other damage to driveways, concrete, asphalt, pavers, curbs, sidewalks, gravel, lawns, landscaping, irrigation/sprinklers, wells, septic tanks/drain fields, underground/private utilities and other surfaces or concealed property conditions resulting from normal delivery, placement, use or pickup at the location I requested. I understand Legacy Roll-Off Rentals is not responsible for such damage except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived. I agree to the rental rules: debris stays at or below the top rail, 2 tons are included, additional weight is $80/ton, prohibited materials are not allowed, and I authorize Legacy Roll-Off Rentals to charge the payment method used for this reservation for documented excess-weight charges after disposal.
